MunCheez Food Service is a Kentucky-based mobile food trailer created by husband-and-wife team Adam and Erin, inspired by a shared dream. Hailing from the foothills of Appalachia, they serve gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches that are crunchy, melty, and full of comforting flavor.
