MunCheez Food Service is a Kentucky-based mobile food trailer created by husband-and-wife team Adam and Erin, inspired by a shared dream. Hailing from the foothills of Appalachia, they serve gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches that are crunchy, melty, and full of comforting flavor. MunCheez is all about great food, community, and bringing a fun, satisfying experience to local Main Streets and festivals throughout the region.
